A few weekends ago, we went and had lunch at SELA, a modern Asian-European restaurant at 32 Seah Street, Singapore. First of all, I need it to be known that I do not consider myself a food critic, not least because when it comes to food, nine times out of ten, I go for tried-and-true home recipes and tasty street snacks to fancy fusion dishes whipped up by celebrity chefs. What I can tell you is that we enjoyed the meal (the presentation of the dishes is something, no?), the restaurant had a nice ambience and friendly service, and we would recommend it to our friends! Perhaps you want to check it out yourself?
