If you’ve read my previous few posts, you know we’re on a Barossa Valley streak here. We only visited for a day, but rather than give you a lengthy post, I prefer to break it into bite-sized posts. Short and sweet. You with me?
This set of photos was taken at the Mengler Hill Lookout and Sculpture Park. Aside from providing the highest vantage point in the area, here you can walk among the contemporary stone sculptures carved by nine Australian, Japanese, American, and French sculptors in local marble and granite. The thing with contemporary sculptures is you can’t always tell what they are or what they represent, but let’s not overthink them, hmm?
